Welcome to the random car fact of the day where I tell you little known automotive facts that come into my mind.
The first car to have radio as original equipment was 1922 Chevrolet Sedan which offered Westinghouse radio for 200 dollar optional extra.
The first commercially produced car radio however was ACR (Automobile Radio Corporation) Transitone that went on sale in 1927.
